How much is shipping in Canada?

Lettermail is untracked and $5 per item

Tracked is a flat rate of $15

Local pickup is free (we're located in Langley, BC) with coupon code LOCALPICKUP

How much is shipping to the US?

Small packet is $10

Tracked package (up to $100 insurance) is $18

Who do you ship with?

All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post.

What if my item gets delayed or lost?

We use Canada post shipping guidelines to give an estimated time line on arrival.  This can vary depending on weather, strikes and or, human error.  We are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping, delayed, lost or stolen packages or missed deliveries. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot control shipping procedures, if your package arrives damaged please send us an email.

Who makes the products?

I do! I design, source fabric, cut and sew all of your items so they are made exactly how I would want my own children's clothing made.

Where is your fabric sourced from?

I source all my fabric from Canadian fabric companies.  I firmly believe in supporting Canadian businesses.  My solid fabrics are mostly bamboo which is a sustainable fibre and my prints are always Euro Prints (OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified).

Why do my items look slightly different to the photo?

As each item is made 100% by hand, slight variations in pattern placement or design can occur.  Every phone and computer screen can create slightly different tones of a colour so if you would like to match an item or want to confirm something will match, please send me a message and I'll let you know.

Can I see more photos of the products?

Yes!  We have lots of photos on our Instagram and Facebook and love seeing customer photos so please send us some and we'd love to feature your son or daughter!

How do I wash my items?

Each product is machine washable, delicate cycle with cold water is recommended. To preserve the longevity of the fabric, it is recommended to line dry your items. All fabric is pre-washed and dried prior to sewing.
